I teach in the MIT Graduate Program in Science Writing and have also taught  undergraduate science writing classes at MIT. For the 2019-2020 academic year I was a Visiting Assistant Professor at Boston University. I have been an adjunct professor of journalism since 2010, mainly in BU's Master's Program in Science Journalism, and at the Harvard Extension School. I have taught Harvard Extension classes online to students from as far away as Nepal.
